Terms of Service
Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service are established to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Gowa Clinic and users regarding the use of Gowa Clinic’s online services (hereinafter referred to as “Service”) and related services provided by Gowa Clinic.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms of Service are defined as follows:
1. “Clinic” refers to “Gowa Clinic,” the entity that provides content and various services.
2. “User” refers to a person who accesses the Clinic’s website and uses the various services provided by the Clinic in accordance with these Terms of Service.
3. “Service” means information created or processed in electronic form, expressed as codes, characters, voice, sound, images, or videos used in information and communication networks as defined in Article 2(1)(a) of the Law on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection.
Article 3 (Provision of Identity Information, etc.)
The Clinic shall post the contents of these Terms of Service, business name, representative’s name, address of business location (including the address where consumer complaints can be handled), telephone number, facsimile number, email address, business registration number, notification number for telecommunications sales business, and personal information manager on the initial screen of its online service so that users can easily access such information. However, the Terms of Service may be displayed through a link screen.
Article 4 (Posting of Terms, etc.)
① The Clinic shall take technical measures to ensure that users can print the entirety of these Terms of Service and confirm the contents of the relevant terms during the transaction process.
② The Clinic shall install technical devices to enable users to inquire and communicate with the Clinic regarding the contents of these Terms of Service.
③ The Clinic shall provide a separate link screen or pop-up screen to help users easily understand important matters such as the right to cancel an order and refund conditions before agreeing to the Terms of Service.
Article 5 (Amendment of Terms, etc.)
① The Clinic may amend these Terms of Service within the scope not violating relevant laws.
② When the Clinic amends the Terms of Service, it shall announce the amendment at least 7 days before the effective date on the initial screen of the Service, specifying the effective date and the reason for amendment.
③ If a user does not agree with the amended Terms of Service, the user may discontinue the use of the Service.
Article 6 (Interpretation of Terms)
Matters not provided for in these Terms of Service and their interpretation shall be governed by relevant laws and customary practices.
Chapter 2 Service Use
Article 7 (Posting of Service Contents, etc.)
① The Clinic shall clearly display the following matters on the initial screen of the Service:
1. Service name
2. Service creation and display date
3. Service creator information
4. Service contents, methods of use, usage fees, and other terms of use
② The Clinic shall provide information on the minimum technical specifications necessary for the use of the Service.
Article 8 (Application for Service Use)
① A user may apply for the use of the Service through the following procedure:
1. Confirmation and selection of service list
2. Input of information such as name, contact information, and email address
3. Consent to these Terms of Service
4. Selection of payment method
② The Clinic may not approve the application for use in the following cases:
1. Use of another person’s name
2. Submission of false information
3. Service operational issues
Article 9 (Obligations of the Clinic)
① The Clinic shall faithfully perform the rights and obligations provided by relevant laws and these Terms of Service.
② The Clinic shall establish a personal information protection system to ensure that users can safely use the Service.
③ Complaints or opinions raised by users shall be processed without delay if deemed justified.
Article 10 (Obligations of Users)
Users shall not engage in the following acts:
1. Submission of false information when applying or making changes
2. Use of another person’s information
3. Unauthorized modification of information posted by the Clinic
4. Infringement of intellectual property rights of the Clinic or third parties
5. Defamation or obstruction of business
6. Posting of information contrary to public order and morality
7. Other unlawful acts
Article 11 (Payment Method)
The payment methods for Service use are as follows:
1. Bank transfer
2. Credit and debit cards
3. Online direct bank transfer
4. Electronic payment
5. Other electronic payment methods
Article 12 (Service Provision and Suspension)
① The Service shall be provided 24/7 throughout the year without special circumstances.
② The Service may be temporarily suspended when necessary for operational reasons such as facility inspections or communication failures.
